ROTARY MOWER/SHREDDERS
Acampo Machine Works rotary mower shredders are the heaviest built in the industry. They are used for grass cutting and shredding canes after pruning. The total cut width is always 2" under the model size. (Example: A 90" mower will have a cut width of 88") The 1/4" thick upper deck has an extra tall entry that slopes down in the back to compress prunings ever further for that extra shred. All of our mowers have twin timed rotors with lower curved lifting blades and upper straight shredding blades. These eight blades pass thru shredding anvils located on the inside of the side plates.
The unit normally discharges out the adjustable rear plate but can be configured to discharge out to the sides for growers that need to discharge shredded prunings or grass onto their berms. Each unit comes complete and ready to work with a dry slip clutch, driveline, 360 degree rotating gauge wheel set, and three point hook-up pins.
Our mowers can run easily on 60HP - 100HP tractors depending on forward speed and amount of material required to shred. Available sizes include 54”, 60”, 66”, 72”, 78”, 84”, 90”, 96”, 108” and 120”.
